Refund & Return Policy

We value your satisfaction and want every purchase to feel right.
This Refund & Return Policy outlines how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds for items purchased from www.naijaricans.com.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges on eligible items within 7–15 business days of delivery. To qualify for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged

  • In the original packaging, with tags attached

  • Not marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable”

Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.


2. Items That Cannot Be Returned

Certain items are non-returnable, including (but not limited to):

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Digital downloads

  • Intimate or hygiene-related products (e.g., undergarments, earrings)


3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at team@naijaricans.com with your:

  • Order number

  • Full name

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if applicable)

We will provide detailed instructions for returning your item.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or processed.


4. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or defective. If a replacement or exchange is approved, Naijaricans will cover outbound shipping for the new item.


5. Refund Options

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you may choose one of the following:

  1. Full Refund – Issued to your original payment method.

  2. Store Credit – Issued as a gift card for future purchases.

  3. Exchange – Replace the item with another product of equal or lesser value.

Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us within 7 business days of delivery at team@naijaricans.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll work quickly to send a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost to you.


7. International Orders

International returns are accepted; however, shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable. Naijaricans is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments from outside the U.S.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider.

  3. If you’ve done all this and still have not received your refund, please email team@naijaricans.com.


9. Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or style if available.
To request an exchange, email team@naijaricans.com before returning your original purchase.


10. Final Sale Items

“Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances unless defective upon arrival.
